Knowledge Makes You Great!
Being female, rural, and underprivileged has been described as a triple handicap. Our vision is to bridge the education gap between young boys and girls in Africa; in turn, reducing the overall illiteracy levels within the continent and creating the next generation of resourceful women. We however want every girl to know that their voice deserves to be heard and it can change the world.
This goal is achieved by sponsoring and mentoring secondary school girls; making quality education accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding. Each year, we will run a campaign project across a number of rural communities; speaking to 100’s of young girls inspiring them, and enlightening them on the role of education and their future capabilities. We will also select a young girl who does not have access to quality education, sponsoring her through secondary school. Our hope is that each year, the number of young girls we are able to sponsor grows and we are able to have an impact on leveling the playing field.
